IKEA has high expectation and requirement on their ELV system especially PA system for IKEA project as the consultant won’t give a proper design on layout and system to contractor (Design and built by contractor).

CTW is the one who plot the speaker layout for the whole building. For security alarm and card access, CTW propose and integrated security system using Honeywell to suit customer requirement. IKEA feels satisfied with this PA system as it gives good quality of sound of music and announcement with uniform sound pressure.

Advance Cashless Campus With Integrated Systems

Paragon adopt a cashless campus as they are using one card for their library card as student cards, staff cards, photocopy machine, flat barrier, attendance, barrier gate and as cash card for their canteen and shop in the campus. Management of the school can have well managed on their attendance, records and etc.

CTW provide full ELV solution including PA system, CCTV, card access, SMATV and barrier gate. On the other hand, management will be able to monitor the revenue of the canteen operator.

Unigra is a food manufacturer from Italy, setting up a new factory of the land size larger than 21 acres. Unigra has a high standard requirement in the specification of materials & equipment for the factory.

CTW starts to work on the system design from the sketch with consultants including layout, specification until the tender phase. CTW has provided Unigra an integrated system of security, networking, internet line and etc. Total Value 1.4 milion and still accumulating now.

The first shopping mall of Tasek Central operated at year 1996, It was then renovated and expanded in year 2017 with the Expansion of shop lots from 138 shops to 370 shops and carpark lots of nearly 300 to 1035 bays.

CTW involved in designing of car park entrance and exit to cater the increasing of visitors of the mall.
